Food Allergens Course

On the 13th December new regulations will come into force.


On the 13th December new regulations will come into force that require changes to the way in which allergen information is communicated to your customers.

You will also need to be able to answer customers’ questions regarding ‘allergenic ingredients’ contained in the food you serve.

The new food allergens course will bring you up to speed with your new legal responsibilities; explain what food allergens and food intolerances are; identify allergenic ingredients and explain how to list any such ingredients in each and every dish that you serve. This change to the law has major implications for all food outlets and the course is a ‘must’ for all staff producing, handling or serving food to the public.
