We've done our homework! Over the past year we've looked at a huge variety of online training courses – good, bad and indifferent. We've done a rigorous competitor analysis and we truly believe that our online offering is light years ahead of the competition!
Without a trainer and other learners present, one of the problems with online training courses in the past has been 'learner-engagement' – how to keep the learner interested, engaged with the training and motivated to complete the course. Our multi-media approach ticks all the boxes by incorporating videos, animations, interactive exercises and voice-overs so that all the different ways in which people learn are utilised – seeing, hearing, practising and discovering – all this keeps the leaner interested, intrigued and engaged.
The contents of all of our online courses are mapped against the relevant national occupational standards. They're also endorsed and certificated by international awarding body Education Development International.
