Course Overview

Communication is an essential part of all relationships and an ability to be able to communicate with the clients is an essential requirement of your job. Communication is not just about talking, it has been stated by Professor Albert Mehrabian in the 1960’s that words only make up 7% of our communication and that body language makes up 55% and paralinguistic (i.e. the way words are said –i.e. the tone) 38%. Aims: to ensure the learner has the knowledge and understanding to be able to communicate with their clients through a range of different methods.
